Already have the perfect vase, urn, compote, or something meaningful you’d love to incorporate? We’re happy to design in client-provided vessels when they’re suitable for the floral design.
Whether it’s a family heirloom, a vintage find, or a collection you’ve sourced specifically for your event, we can create florals designed around your pieces for an even more personal touch.
Client-provided vessels must be given to Fever Dream in advance for approval, measurements, and designing. Please keep in mind that not every vessel is suitable for every floral style or installation, and additional mechanics or liners may be required.
Fever Dream will handle client-provided pieces with care but cannot assume responsibility for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or particularly fragile or irreplaceable items.
Tabletop & Styling
Our styling collection includes candle holders, specialty vessels, decorative accents, and other curated pieces designed to complement your florals and create a cohesive event space. Pieces can be mixed and matched throughout reception tables, cocktail tables, bars, mantels, welcome displays, sweetheart tables, and other styled areas.
Available pieces may include taper holders, votive holders, hurricanes, glass cylinders, decorative trays, specialty vessels, risers, and other tabletop accents.
Pricing varies by piece and quantity.

Rental Details
A few things to know before you fall in love with the details.
Fever Dream’s rental collection is available in conjunction with our floral and event design services. Rental selections are subject to availability and will be reserved once included in your signed proposal and required payment has been received.
Setup & Styling
Professional setup and styling can be added to your proposal based on the scope of your event, venue, quantity of rentals, and setup requirements. When setup is included, we’ll handle placement so everything is event-ready before guests arrive.
Retrieval & Breakdown
Because rental pieces belong to Fever Dream, arrangements for their return must be made in advance. Post-event retrieval and breakdown services are available for an additional fee based on venue location, pickup time, and the scope of rentals.
Client Return
When appropriate, select rental items may be returned directly to Fever Dream in Mandeville within the agreed-upon return window. Return details will be outlined in your proposal.
Availability
Rental styles and quantities are limited and subject to availability. Specific pieces are not guaranteed until your event is officially booked and the rentals have been reserved.
Loss, Damage & Replacement
Clients are responsible for Fever Dream rental items from the time they are delivered or placed until they are retrieved or returned. Lost, missing, broken, or damaged pieces may be charged at their full replacement value.
Candles & Venue Requirements
Open-flame policies vary by venue. Some venues require candles to be enclosed in glass or may prohibit certain candle styles entirely. Candle selections will need to comply with your venue’s rules and fire-safety requirements.
Florals Sold Separately
Unless specifically stated otherwise, rental pricing covers the vessel, stand, structure, or décor piece only. Flowers and floral design are priced separately.
